ISA mari...

Or rather, the title should be aptly put as "ISA pergi!"

On a not-so-surprising move, Najib announced that he would release (ed : wrongfully?) detained ISA members as his contribution towards a more just Malaysia. Now, many has seen his very draconian leadership style in the much-hated Perak coup, then later his attempts to silence parliamental discussions about Atlantuya's murder and later on, the sheer mention of Atlantuya will have you be punished as his ears must be getting very sensitive towards the mudered mistress' name. Or perhaps he is haunted by her awakenings at night.

In any case, Najib was under much pressure to do something "good" so as to salvage his popularity polls result, which is basically right down there in the gutters (except in http://www.gutteruncensored.com/ where he is a constant figure poked and laughed at); so he had to choose something that is not damaging (in the sense that he is not seen as backtracking on his moves) and yet not too big an issues.

And voila, the freeing of the ISA detainees! These were guys detained from the Badawi administration (although we all know whom was the real culprit that had his hand in getting them behind bars- definitely not that puny Pak Lah) so Najib will emerge smelling as good as a rose if he "undid" the mistakes committed by the Badawi administration.

So the 2 HINDRAF leaders, 7 Darul Islam Sabah members, 1 Jemaah Islamiyah member and 3 foreigners said to have commited fraud, got to walk free finally after serving so much injustice without trial. Eventhough this was just a PR stunt, at least this Najib clown is doing something good at last, which no doubt would give him some positive points in the everyday Malaysian eyes. Heck, even I would give him a brownie point for now.

Now that he is "turning good" so to speak, it should be interesting to see how Anwar and company would be able to take this fight further. Of course, Najib being the devilish clown that he is, his guise would likely not be able to be maintained for long before his mischiefs surface again. But for now, he looks good; and as long as that fat Rosmah can keep her big mouth firmly shut (or at least, open only to take his "susceptibe to anal" cock), Najib should be able to gain more brownie points.

We shall all wait and see, my friends...

Vell Paari (Samy Vellu's son) says He didn't F**k his PA

Read the Bernama story below. Then go figure. This clown, Vell Paari, must be the best boss in the world. He bought an apartment, in cash no less, for his PA to stay. He became the guarantor for his PA's loans of hundreds of RMs and sent the PA's siblings to study in Australia. He is either the best man in this world, or he was f**king someone, somewhere and covering it with monies. But whatever it is, that is his personal matter. All we know is that, he, a CEO of a public holdings no less, is a liar through and through. Well, he did lie about the cause of death, didn't he? And Lord knows what else has he lied about?

http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/index.php/malaysia/20614-samys-son-maintains-he-had-no-sexual-relations-with-sujatha

"KUALA LUMPUR, March 17 — Maika Holdings Bhd chief executive officer Vell Paari told the coroner’s court here today that he never had sex with his personal assistant K Sujatha.

He said his relationship with her was close and normally when he visited Sujatha at her condominium unit in Jalan Ipoh, it was for official reasons and if there were functions there.

He said he never paid her casual visits.

Paari, 46, also admitted that Sujatha had visited him at home on numerous occasions and both of them had gone out for dinners.

“Sujatha had accompanied me for official and family functions,” he said.

Replying to Deputy Public Prosecutor Geethan Ram Vincent who assisted Magistrate Mohd Fauzi Che Abu who acted as coroner, Paari said he had accompanied Sujatha twice to India where she sought medical treatment.

He also said Sujatha and her father and two brothers had accompanied him in a visit to Australia.

Paari, who is MIC president Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu’s son, said he had funded Sujatha to pursue her diploma and masters in commerce.

Yesterday, Paari told the coroner he had also funded Sujatha’s brothers for their studies in Australia.

He was testifying at the inquest into the death of Sujatha, 28, who died at the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang on June 25, 2007, four days after her admission for allegedly drinking weedkiller.

Paari also said he paid RM220,000 in cash for the condominium unit where Sujatha had stayed and stood as a guarantor for a bank loan amounting to RM200,000.

Paari added he also stood as a guarantor for a loan on the Mazda RX8 used by Sujatha. “I also had stood as guarantor for four to five of my staff,” he added.

Paari said he and his family were shocked that Sujatha had committed suicide and at one time, she had related to him about her family problems in 1998.

He added he did not suspect any foul play in Sujatha’s death.

To a question why he lied in a media statement a day after Sujatha’s death where he allegedly said his personal assistant died due to ovarian cyst, Paari said:

“Two of her brothers requested me not to reveal the actual cause of death. They said the public will have perception that Sujatha had committed suicide and wanted her name not to be damaged in anyway,” Paari said.

Paari also said the request not to have a post-mortem performed on Sujatha’s body did not come from him but he had overheard her family members discussing it.

He said he attended Sujatha’s funeral and cremation ceremony in Ipoh a day after her death.

On a photograph of his wedding dinner found in Sujatha’s room, Paari said his assistant had asked for it. He said he had the photograph on his table in his office and it was intact when he gave it to her.

Geethan tendered the pasted back photograph as an exibit.

Replying to counsel Datuk K Kumaraendran who represented him and Sujatha’s family, Paari said Sujatha’s relationship with his wife, Shaila Nair, was good and they used go out together.

He also said that besides Sujatha and her brothers’ education, he had also supported the staff at Maika and Tamil Nesan pursue their education locally and overseas.

“I had assisted in their medical bills, even paid downpayments for their houses,” he added.

He said Sujatha also had assisted him in overseeing his business interests in India and Australia.

The hearing continues tomorrow. — Bernama"

"Ali Rustam a corrupted arsehole?!"

That is a theoretical question, of course. Ali Rustam has been eyeing the UMNO deputy president post for a long time now and must have thought, like Rosmah, that it was his time to rule. He was/is a racist through and through, and he remarked in 2007 while officiating the People's Progressive Party's state convention, that PPP could leave Barisan Nasional for all he care. Read what Pete has written,

"The PPP President and Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk M. Kayveas, fidgeted in his seat, as did the entire hall. Ali Rustam was going berserk. He was reminiscent of Adolf Hitler jumping up and down, ranting and raving like a dog foaming at the mouth that had gone mad with rabies. Nobody reacted. Nobody could react. They were all too shocked to react and just sat there for the next one and a half hours as Ali Rustam told PPP and the entire non-Malay population of Malaysia that they are insignificant and Umno does not need them.

Ever wonder why Nazri Aziz told the Agong off and declared that he is nothing more than the Prime Minister’s clerk? The Prime Minister decides and the Agong just signs like a good little boy or else he will get sent to bed without any ice cream. Such is the arrogance of Umno. And if there were any doubts before this, 15 October 2007 laid that matter to rest once and for all when Ali Rustam repeated numerous times, “I was with Najib yesterday,” as if to send the message to all and sundry that he has Najib’s blessing to tell the Indians and Chinese that they can go back to India and China for all Umno cares.

Umno has ruled Malaysia for 50 years, said Ali Rustam, and they can rule for another 50 years more. And Umno does not need PPP, MCA, MIC, Gerakan, Sabah, Sarawak or anyone else to do this. Yes, and even God Himself can’t sink Umno like He could not sink the Titanic."

"I was with Najib yesterday". That was his official answer anytime he gets into trouble, thinking that he is untouchable by the arms of law as he has the backing of Najib in whatever he does.

Well well well, the long arms of law has finally caught up with him and he is now being investigated for corruption charges. Haha, what a joke- MACC should really take him on now but of course, the corruptible MACC hides under Rosmah's skirts so you can really expect those bloody clowns to do much. However, Ali Rustam is now being sidelined from running in the deputy president's post.

When reporters caught up to him, after his much hiding when the story broke out, and asked him only a few questions- very simple questions, he was very much evasive. This transcript was from The Star.

Q: Datuk, among the Supreme Council members who were involved in money politics, and who have been called up by the disciplinary committee, is it true you are one of them?

A: You have to ask the disciplinary committee.

Q: Did you receive any letter, or anything?

A: You have to ask the disciplinary committee.

Q: Is your candidacy in trouble?

A: You kena tanya lembaga disiplin (you have to ask the disciplinary committee). They will answer you. They will give you the right answer.

Q: Are you worried?

A: What’s there to worry?

Q: Tomorrow, you’re meeting all the Malacca Umno division chiefs. What is it about?

A: That is preparation for the Umno General Assembly.

Q: Is it for you to announce that you’re pulling out or anything?

A: Takde kaitan dengan apa-apa (it’s not related to anything).

Q: Datuk, according to Utusan Malaysia reports today...

A: I didn’t read the Utusan today... very busy ... we were making our rounds, today in Johor.. I didn’t read the papers.

Q: If there is any member who has been called by the disciplinary committee, what should the committee do?

A: Ask the lembaga disiplin (disciplinary committee) tomorrow. I have no authority to comment.

Q: Because after this report is out ... many people blame you Datuk Seri ... so?

A: Sabarlah ... tunggu (be patient and wait). Tunggulah (wait). The disciplinary committee has its duties. Let them release their statement. We cannot interfere in the matter by the disciplinary committee.

Q: Datuk, are you still going to contest for deputy presidency?

A: Saya ni datang untuk memperkenalkan diri (I am here to introduce myself) ... Okay?

Hey, Ali Rustam, if you are innocent, just profess that you are innocent and wave the keris menacingly. Or better yet, give your official "I just met Najib yesterday" statement. Why the sudden cat-caught-your-tongue answers. You shouldn't be evasive like a Toyo bastard, as you will only make people ask, "Ali Rustam a corrupted arsehole?!" more loudly. Answer the truth and people will think that you are a real honest gentleman.

Unless you ARE a corrupted arsehole, that is.

Rosmah the Prophet

You readers would not believe this, but Rosmah thinks that it's Najib's turn to rule because God says that it's Najib's turn. Wow, I didn't know that Rosmah was a prophet! Pete, you thought that she was a pork chop and frequent referred to her as pork chop, but you were wrong, my brother. She is actually a prophet. I wonder if God spoke to her. Or did she heard wrongly when Atlantuya visited her in her sleep. Oh well...

For a more thorough story, read the Malaysian Insider at http://m.themalaysianinsider.com/articles.php?id=20299-rosmah-says-najibs-destiny-to-lead

Nazri and Prostitute

Many of you readers wrote back to me to say that those pictures doesn't seem doctored and that that shameless son of a bitch in that picture (please, for goodness sake, it's not Nazri- while he has not denied the matter, he hasn't confirmed it either; so please give him the benefit of the doubt seeing that he is a politician with the moral equivalent of a... I can't think of what to full in the blank as I love nature and all the animals that she has given us) ought to be caught and be punished according to the syariah law. If stoning khalwat couple is your idea of fun, then we may not have many politicians representing us no more as so many of them has been accused of having affairs, some of murder even!

Nope, Nazri could not be the one with the lady in there, presumably having taken the photo after having his share of the pussy and eating it too (it's a take on the English proverb). Nope, it can't be him because he is a wise man who cares for the country and sex is the furthest thing away from his mind.

Or is it?

The de facto Law Minister was interviewed regarding Gobind’s one-year suspension from the Dewan Rakyat and during the course of the interview, made this statement, "I say your mum is a prostitute, I had her for a few nights." Of course, the statement goes o to say about freedom of expression and all that (read the full report at http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/index.php/malaysia/20499-nazri-says-accusing-dpm-is-a-severe-offence), but the fact is that even as he is in the vicinity of a legal institution, his examples have prostitutes in them. One can't help but wonders if he couldn't think of more serious matters and give better examples, than prostitutes swimming in his mind all the time.

Perhaps he is still thinking of the pictures then.

This is NOT Nazri Abdul Aziz!!! Or... ???

The Star Online ( http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/3/14/nation/3478207&sec=nation )says that,

"KUALA LUMPUR: A photograph, posted on a website showing a man with a woman in a compromising position, is not that of Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz as claimed by the foreign blog.

One of the other photographs is, however, that of Nazri, who is shown sitting on a couch at Parliament lobby.

The owner of the blog claimed that the photographs were sent by a contributor several months ago.

Nazri declined to comment when contacted but people familiar with the politician said it was not him."

I saw these pictures online too (http://www.gutteruncensored.com/, http://img264.imageshack.us/img264/2650/nazriabdulazizsexphoto1.jpg; http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/5109/nazriabdulazizsexphoto2.jpg; http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/4162/nazriabdulazizsexphoto3.jpg); but since they are not Nazri, then I supposed there's no problem with me posting them here then. Then again, maybe not- I wouldn't want to be in ISA because of this clown.

Oh, in case you clowns are looking for it, my IP address as of this moment is

My IP address: 209.151.130.12

IP Address Location: Brampton in ip address flag Canada
ISP of this IP: ICA Canada On-Line

as reported via one of the many IP checking websites online. Many thanks to all my readers for all your kind wishes and advices on how to outsmart the cyber bloggers. I nay change it to UK and US again later as you advised.

Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz is a minister in the Prime Minister Department and is no strangers to controversial, having screamed vulgarities in the Parliament and making stupid statements about judges and such, despite the people in public and opposition leaders like Lim Kit Siang knowing more facts than this clown. He always gets off the hook, however, as he is seen as nothing but another brainless parrot out to make a nuisanse of himself than to help make this country a better place.

Clowns like him were quick to comment that opposition ministers must resign when lesser photos of these figures were revealed to the public, so I am wondering if this Nazri would now swear that he was not the person in the photos.

The Funny Thing Is...

Sorry that I have not been making new posts over the last week or so. The thing was I have plenty to write, but for some reasons, each time I tried to make new postings, I got a 404 Url Error message. So I can read and access this page but I can't post new ones. Could some sinister draconian authorities be lurking around and blocking my IP address by some chances?

I don't know, so I am trying another website that also helps to make up fake IP addresses (I set the previous IP addresses to be based in UK, now I am trying US ones- let's see if this gets posted at the end of it all). In case the authorities are really lurking around here, do as I do. Access this page from your fave Starbucks/Coffee Bean AND/OR access this page via one of those online hide-IP addresses websites. Go to google, type in for hiding IP, and then use one of those free services to re-type this page so that your Malaysian IP is not revealed. Try using US, UK or even SG IP addresses as this ought to confuse those clowns wanting to track us down.

Hello Clowns, in case you are reading this, you think that I would be foolish enough to type this from the comforts of my own home without trying to hide my IP address. Well, Clowns, you cn google online and you shall see such software are plenty around and best of all, they are mostly free. Some needs to be paid if you want to install the application direct, as I have done, but with a small fee, you can set yourself to be typing this from anywhere in the world. Worth the investment? You bet it!

Police Brutality In Question Again...

Okay, A. Kugan (pictured left) was detained on 15th January 2009 for suspicion of theft of luxury cars in Sungai Chua, Kajang. That area was well-known for car thefts and locals were probably thankful that the police was finally doing the necessary rounds to keep their vehicles safe. A. Kugan was sent to the Taipan USJ police station to be questioned.

According to police records, A. Kugan asked for a glass of water. Being the humanistic police that our force is famous for (well, were they ever?), they gave him a glass of water. He drank the water, threw up after the drink and then collapsed. Police said that they immediately sent for a doctor from a nearby clinic to examine A. Kugan, but he died a few minutes later.

Our prayers go out to A. Kugan and his family. It is never easy to deal with the fact that their son was captured on theft suspicion and almost immediately after that, they are making preparations on his burial proceedings. No parents ought to go through such punishments. RIP.

Hospital Serdang in Kajang performed an autopsy on A. Kugan, a pretty healthy 23-year old prior to his arrest, and found that there was water in his lungs ie he drown from his drink. His parents and relatives didn't take the findings too well, and got University Malaya Medical Centre to perform another autopsy, much to the aghast of the police force involved.

The good doctor, Dr Prashnant Samberkar found that the previous autopsy was only done on specific areas ie lungs; and when he performed a thorough autopsy, he found that A. Kugan died as a result of kidney failure, which was resultant from severe beatings leading to blood exposed into his kidneys.

Severe beatings? Now how could that hapen? Wasn't he in police custody? The police of course deny that there was a cover-up, but let's have the pictures taken on his body do the talking.

What kind of clowns do we have in the police force, smearing the good names of the rest of the brave and honest policemen and policewomen doing their bit for the country? Well, what can we expect when we have the biggest clown of all, the Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar being at the helm? Why is he a clown? Disregarding all those foolish statements that he had made in the past regarding Anwar Ibrahim, this Minister of Law labelled A. Kugan a criminal in the mainstream media, despite the latter having had no previous convictions/records and was beaten to death before the truth could surface? I am just a layman, but even I know that one is presumed innocent until proven otherwise in the court of law. When you have a Home Minister who thinks that he is the Judge, its not surprising that his subordinates think that they are higher than Law.

A. Kugan, in his death, brought a huge question into the nation's minds on whether could we continue trusting the police force. To restore this trust, we hope that a thorough investigation can be conducted and the rightful justice restored.

Does Najib Likes To Be Poked From His Arse?

Now, this is merely a metophoric question, Najib, so don't get your panties all strung up in a bunch. I mean, if we are to believe Bala from his SD1, you like to poke ladies (Perhaps men too? I really don't know although that Saiful Bukhari may know better) from their arses. Perhaps Rosmah has too much dignity to lay your anal S&M games, so that was why you strayed outside. Which would meant that you are a victim of circumstances- you only did what you had to do because you are an arse lover. But we are just talking shit (no pun intended!) here.

What is more important is whether you loved to be poked up your arse? Because if you do, then we Malaysians are so f**ked! The soon-to-be-over administration was known as a flip-flop administration while the soon-to-be-boss admnistration loves a good f**k up his arse, people would laugh. Damn... I hope you are not susceptible to being poked yourself; but that is exactly what is happening to you right now.

A foreign newspaper has published about your misdeeds in the international arena, and the story is spreading faster than a bush fire as more and more papers pick it up. True, there is a media black-out in Malaysia and our Utusan, News Strait Times, etc has not published anything about it. But all your administration, from the clerical worker you just passed by to your boss who may be dozing off even as we speak, knows about you and are laughing their faces off you. Look at the smirks on these clowns' faces :

How can you, as THE MAN, take all this lying down?! How can you, as THE POKER, get poked from all over by this clowns?! You have got to make these people take their words back.

In which case, you should really stand forward and explain on the situation. We love an honest clown, so pray do tell us what was going on and that you are innocent. Swear upon the Holy Book like what Saiful Bukhari has done, perhaps? But more importantly, answer these very questions that hang like a gullotine above your head :

1) The Ministry of Defence's good name has been tarnished and must be restored! How in the clown's world did the Unit Tindakan Khas personnel got their hands on the ministry's C4 to blow up Atlantuya? They were reported in the cautionary statement as doing that for payments of between RM50k-100k? You're the army force- surely you have the intelligence to check up on these clowns for the truth. Heck, just learn from the PDRM and do a Kugan on them, and truth will spill as red as blood.

2) How in the clown's world can Atlantuya, whom arrived safely in Malaysia and was blown to pieces in Malaysia, had her immigration records purged from the official system? Surely your system must be better than mine- and mine only use an Apples password, that's all. Surely you have high-level passwords, retina scan, anal scan and all that shit; so that you can trace back to the person that erased the records. Beat the shit out of him and see if he/she reveals who is the mastermind, or did he/she just do that for the fun of it. In which case, we send him/her to Freud.

3) Atlantuya was said to be harassing you and Baginda for her share of the submarines' deal commission. Her share was reported as only USD500k but Rosmah refused to release the money. This was all reported in black and white in the Liberation. Shouldn't Rosmah clarify on the matter and clear her name too? I mean, after all, what is USD500k to Rosmah. She wouldn't have played a part in this killing game for just so little a sum. Or would she? We are all ears for the clarifications.

4) The Liberation said that, “The taxi driver hired by Altantuya for the day did not appreciate that his passenger was kidnapped under his eyes without payment for the fare…” Wow, a journalist could uncovered that a taxi driver who fetched Atlantuya about saw her kidnapped and that he made the police report; where the f**k is that police report and what the f**k did our police do on the matter? Did they do a Gan on the matter and feign lots of "I don't know"s when asked about the report, the subsequent action or even whom the taxi driver is?

5) “The Malaysian government is not even answering to the letters from the Mongolian Foreign Affairs Ministry,” (Stev Shariibuu). Damn, are we so rude now or are we just no good at answering letters in other languages, presumable the international medium of English? Shouldn't the government say something to clarify? Ummm, Badawi maybe, if he's awake now?

6) The Liberation alleges the existence of the damning cautionary statement [Where is it now? Shouldn't these be tendered in court? Why is the account different from the ones that we have seen thus far during the proceedings? Someone(s) should be charged with perjury while Baginda should be back to the lock-up since there are so much inconsistencies] and that Najib was working on getting Baginda out with SMSes flying around [Surely there are ways to check with telcos on that? Come on, go watch some Hollywood films for goodness sake!).

What clowns do we have ruining the country from all angles!

Trivial : Who Am I?

This is just a trivial one as I have been getting many emails from you charming readers who asked if I was so-and-so and so-and-so. Okay, first off, this blog was created because me and my wife is sick of how dirty the political arena in Malaysia is getting into. Heck, as long as I can remember, I have been a loyal Barisan Nasional supporter and even assisted in the campaigning before. Fetching voters here and there, getting them drinks, etc and all that was unpaid labour; and I am a person, whom although not very rich, still has quite high per hour wages breakdown. So I am not born as an Opposition supporter; but the way the politics are going in the country, I think there are a lot of people whom are tired of the sleazy politicians who :

- f**ked up their own daily lives (eg keeping the occassional mistress whom was susceptible to anal sex, until she was C4-ed),

- f**ked our money (eg paying 11% of submarine purchase prices into his own proxy company for "services rendered" when other governments normally buy direct, and only use agent companies if the latter can secure cheaper prices!), and

- f**ked the country from left and right (I guess I need not place any more examples- you can fill in the blanks already).

You can always count on Barisan Malu-sional clowns to make the strangest of demands and comments in the Parliament including branding esteemed Opposition leaders like YB Lim Kit Siang "Stupid, Stupid, Stupid" without apologies thereafter (even pre-schoolers act better than that, Nazri!), making sexist remarks one after another and making fun of women's menstruation cycle (Bung Mokhtar and Mohd Said, you guys are a disgrace to man-kind and I dare say your mums wished that they had never given birth to such insensitive pricks!) and making life altogether more alarming for most of us.

To these Barisan clowns, I tell you, "F**k you all!"

Sorry, lost my composure for a bit there.

Oh, back to who I am, some of you guessed that I was Susan Loone's (http://sloone.wordpress.com/) alter-ego, whom I am not actually. I do like her posts too, and I do respect her for calling a spade a spade but I can't take credit for her grey matters.

One of you think that you have met me during a Maybank annual dinner as I was with my wife, whom was introduced as the yoga centre owner in Bangsar. Sounds a lot like me, except... my wife's yoga centre is not in Bangsar. Sorry there, chap.

I am not Raja Petra Kamaruddin, as one of you has labeled me so. I have deep respect for that man through and through, and I hope that he can finally be that Krytonite that brings down a sleazy government. All the best in your court case there, Pete!

End of the day, I am just a Malaysian, whom types his postings from boutique cafes and go through re-routers so that my IP address is not reflected in Malaysia, to protect my own identity. If we had freedom of speech in this country, all this will not be necessary.

I am Malaysian, and proud to be one.

The Damning Article (To Najib, That Is)

Thanks to my readers for pointing to me that the article is already placed in Anwar Ibrahim Blog. Well, without further a due, here's the damning article appearing in the Liberation for all to read (well, I can't really read French, no Sir; but here's the translation coming up) :

http://anwaribrahimblog.com/2009/03/05/the-altantuya-shaaribuu%E2%80%99s-case-how-and-why-she-was-killed/

Source: Susan Loone

This is a report from Arnaud Dubus, a French reporter based in Thailand, which is published in Liberation French newspaper, 5th of March 2009. The English version is as following:

Shaaribuu Setev is a bitter and disappointed man. Yet behind the saddened face of this Mongolian lies a fierce determination. Seated in a sofa in the lobby of an Ulaan Baataar hotel rattled by gushes of a freezing wind, this sixty years old man is ready to fight. His face features, hardened by the suffering and the stern climate, and his intense gaze tell all. “My daughter has been murdered by Malaysians on Malaysian territory. And they did not have even offer a word of apology,” states this professor of psychology at the National University of Mongolia.

The assassination of his daughter, Altantuya Shaaribuu, took place in October 2006. This was a murder unlike others in a region where business conflicts or petty politics are often settled with a gun. Everything in this case, which started in 2002 when the French Spanish company Armaris concluded the sale of three submarines to the Malaysian government for the amount of one billion Euros, is out of the ordinary.

The impact of the “Altantuya case” in France, Malaysia and Mongolia has yet to reach its climax. The murder of the 28 year old Mongolian was the result of a “commission” at the price of 114 million Euros by Armaris to its Malaysian counterpart. This “commission,” which was acknowledged by the Malaysian government in front of the Parliament in Kuala Lumpur, has triggered a chain of events that has led to the assassination of Altantuya and the disappearance of several key witnesses in the case.

A report from the Malaysian police, written on 19th november 2006 and which has been kept secret until now, reveals dry and precise descriptions as to how this young woman, a member of Asian high society, has been killed. In this document, one of the killers, a policeman of the Malaysian Special Branch named Sirul Omar, replied to the questions of an officer at a police station close to the murder scene. “When the Chinese woman saw that I was taking a gun, she begged me to spare her, saying she was pregnant. Azilah (the commanding officer of Sirul) grabbed her and [threw] her on the ground. I immediately shot the left side of her face. Then Azilah took off her clothes and put them in a black plastic bag. Azilah noticed that her hand was still moving. He ordered me to shoot again, which I did”, said Sirul. This is the first confirmation of Altantuya’s assassins’ identity. “Then we carried her body into the woods. Azilah wrapped the explosives around her legs, her abdomen and her head, and we exploded her.”

The revelation of this report in the French newspaper Liberation is the latest chapter in this colorful and dramatic saga featuring French weapon sellers, Mongolian Shaman, and Malaysian politicians. This case is explosive not only for the Malaysian government, since the deputy Prime minister Najib Razak (who is scheduled to become Prime minister at the end of March) is suspected of having links to the case, but also because it could embarrass the DCNS, this French company specialising in military shipbuilding. The French Spanish company Armaris, which sold two Scorpène and one Agosta submarines to Malaysia in June 2002, was bought by DCNS in 2007.

With her magnetic beauty and sophistication, Altantuya is reminiscent of the troubling image of a Far East Mata Hari. She grew up in Saint Petersburg (Russia), then studied at the Institute of Economic Management in Beijing. Besides speaking English, she is fluent in Russian, Chinese and Korean. The fateful cycle for Altantuya came into gear when she met Abdul Razak Baginda in Hong Kong in 2004. Baginda is a security expert and the director of the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre, a pro-government think tank. The two quickly became romantically involved. Altantuya, nicknamed Tuya by her friends, proved to be a useful assistant, helping Baginda translate from Russian to English.

Whereas Altantuya is young and beautiful, the rich and alluring Baginda is a well known figure of the Kuala Lumpur’s elite, notably because of his proximity to the Malaysian Deputy Prime minister and minister of Defense Najib Razak (he is also his security affairs adviser). Baginda parades in the most exclusive circles of Kuala Lumpur, sometimes accompanied by his legitimate wife.

In March 2005, Altantuya and Baginda departed for Europe, touring France, Germany, Italy and Portugal in the red Ferrari of Baginda, staying in posh hotels and dining in the finest restaurants of the old Continent. This trip, however, was not only for tourism: the contract for the sale of the submarines had been signed in 2002, but important details had yet to be settled. “We knew that Baginda was used by Deputy Prime minister Najib Razak as an intermediary for weapons systems deals, especially the high level ones,” says a regional security affairs expert.

At the end of March 2005 the couple was in Paris, where they met with Najib Razak. A picture shows the threesome in a Parisian private club. “Tuya showed me the pix. She said that one of the men was her boyfriend, Abdul Razak Baginda, and the other the “big boss”, Najib Razak. I asked her if they were brothers because of the names, but she said no, and that Najib Razak was the ‘prime minister’”, said Amy, Altantuya’s best friend (Najib Razak has sworn on the Koran that he has never met Altantuya). According to a private detective, now in hiding in India, the beautiful Tuya was also the occasional mistress of the deputy Prime minister, who was introduced to her by Baginda at the end of 2004.

The story became dramatic when, in October 2006, Altantuya was informed that the commission paid by the French-Spanish company Armaris had arrived on a Kuala Lumpur bank account. It had been paid to Perimekar, a company owned by Baginda. Altantuya rushed to Kuala Lumpur, in order to claim her share of the commission from Baginda ; she said she was entitled to 500,000 dollars. Baginda and Altantuya broke up prior to this. A jealous Rosmah Mansor, the feared businesswoman and wife of Najib Razak, objected any payment to Altantuya. Altantuya arrived in Kuala Lumpur with two other Mongolian women, one of them was a Shaman responsible for putting a spell on Baginda if he refused to pay. For several days, Altantuya harassed her ex-lover.

On the 18th of October, Baginda could no longer tolerate the daily scenes made by Altantuya in front of his house. He contacted the Director of the Special Branch, Musa Safrie, who happened to also be Najib Razak’s aide de camp. On October 19th, 2006, a little before 9 pm, two police officers of the Special Branch, Azilah Hadridan and Sirul Omar, were sent in front of Baginda’s house where Altantuya was gesticulating and shouting. They had the order of “neutralizing the Chinese woman.” They kidnapped her, and drove her ten kilometers away and shot her several times. Then, they destroyed her body with C 4 explosives, a type which can only be obtained from within the Defense Ministry. Her entry into Malaysia was erased from the immigration records. It would appear that Altantuya had never come to Malaysia, because there is no trace left of her.

There is no perfect crime. The taxi driver hired by Altantuya for the day did not appreciate that his passenger was kidnapped under his eyes without payment for the fare. He took note of the registration plate of the kidnapper’s car and filed a complaint at the local police station. In a few days, the police identified the car and realized that it was a government vehicle.

Events unfolded that even the Deputy Prime minister Najib Razak could not impede. He tried to cover the case. A few hours before the arrest of Baginda, he sent him a SMS : “I will see the Inspector General of Police at 11 am today… The problem will be solved. Be cool”. A few hours after, Baginda was arrested as well as the two police officers of the Special Branch, Azilah and Sirul.

After a trial considered dubious by many observers, Baginda was acquitted with the accusation of having ordered the murder and released in November 2008. Accused of having perpetrated the murder, Azilah and Sirul appeared in front of the Court last month. If convicted, their sentence is death. The verdict is scheduled for the 9th of April.

Thousands of miles from there, in the Mongolian capital city Ulaan Baataar, Shaaribuu Setev, Altantuya’s father, is trying to control his anger. To him and his family, the acquittal and release of Baginda is symbolic of the unfairness of the Malaysian judicial process: “The Malaysian government is not even answering to the letters from the Mongolian Foreign Affairs Ministry,” he says.

When Shaaribuu came to the Malaysian parliament to meet Najib Razak, the Deputy Prime minister had to escape through a back door in order to avoid an embarrassing encounter. The Altantuya case has become a key element of the Malaysian political game between Najib Razak (who is expected to become Prime Minister after the United Malay Nation Organisation (UMNO) Congress in March) and the opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim. So far, Najib Razak has navigated around the obstacles, but the murder of the young Mongolian remains a sword suspended over his head.

One of the most obscure aspects of the Altantuya case is the role of the Armaris company. In October 2007, the Malaysian Deputy Defense minister, Zainal Abdidin Zin, acknowledged in front of the Parliament that Armaris had effectively paid 114 million Euros in commission to Perimekar. He maintained that it was not a bribe, but a payment for “support and coordination services.”

Was there corruption as in the case of the Taiwanese frigates in which the French DCNS was also implicated ? DCNS, a private company with public financing, has declined our request for a meeting. “Nobody can comment on this case,” was the sober reply of the DCNS Press relations officer in Paris. A document, which could establish a link between Altantuya and the French company is the guarantee letter written by Abdul Razak Baginda so that his mistress could obtain a visa to enter the Schengen zone (of whom France is a member country). The French embassy could not refuse this service to a man decorated with the Legion d’Honneur. But the role of Altantuya in the submarines negotiations is still not clear. Intelligence agencies find her background intriguing and the Russian FSB (ex-KGB) is following closely the case.

In Ulaan Baataar, Mungunshagai, the eldest son of Altantuya, who is 12 years old, is traumatized by the death of his mother. Altanshagai, the youngest, who is five years old and mentally handicapped, has not understood that he will never see again his mother. “He is asking for her all the time and is staying the whole day prostrated on his chair. Every evening, I bring him sweets and I tell him that his mother gave it to me for him”, says Shaaribuu Setev, the grandfather of the two boys. As for Baginda, he settled down in the United Kingdom with his family. He never uttered a word of regret on the deadly fate of the one who shared his life for two years.

Is Najib a F**king Killer and Liar?

I just started the blog yesterday and today, the bombshell from the French news, Liberation hits the stand. It is merely a coincidence and I have nothing to do with the arrangenent of this huge piece of controversial discovery. The credit goes to Mr Arnaud Dubus who digged harder and smarter than anyone else to uncover this piece of evidence. This is the face that all Malaysians should be thankful of. Heck, we should get him a citizenship for doing us a huge favour! The Malaysian policeman on stand was only good with "I don't remember" when he was asked with intelligent questions on stand. No wonder the police can't solved shit while a jounalist uncovered all the missing pieces.

Well, we in Malaysia are lucky to learn about the news from our beloved Pete via his posting on http://mt.m2day.org/2008/content/view/18841/84/ and online news portals such as Malaysiakini and The Malaysian Insider. If we rely on the mainstream dailies, then we'll be really like the proverbial katak di bawah tempurung as unfavourable news get covered up all the time. Well, perhaps as Malaysians, we are already used to be treated as crap most of the time.

Machang MP Saifuddin Nasution tried to debate on the matter in the Parliament but was blocked by deputy speaker Datuk Ronald Kiandee, who refused to allow him to continue reading the excepts. I don't know if Najib feels ashamed (well, his thick hide is probably thick enough to withstand C4 bombings- in fact, we should have a bomb shelter made from his hide!) but the whole nation is once again placed on a padestal for the whole world to laugh at. Thanks to a clown of a future leader, we are all screwed and made to be f**king clowns again. Damn!

Najib, you should make a statement, or better yet a Statutory Declaration, to state your innocence and clear yourself of all traces of guilt that we are all pointing to you now, no doubt because we are somewhat convinced by the ever-emerging evidences since the matter surfaced. You swore that you did not know her, that you never screwed her but the Liberation stated clearly that you do know her and that she was your part-time mistress (well, thanks to Razak Baginda whom was sharing her with you- at least, he has the balls to stand out and admit that he had screwed her unlike you piece of f**king coward!) and Bala's SD1 stated that you liked her because you were screwing her in the arse nd she is susceptible to your perverse sexual ways.

What a f**ked-up position you are in now, and we are all waiting with bated breath to see what would transpire from now onwards. I am getting a friend who's doing her PhD in France to scan and mail me the damning article; and it should be interesting to have that circulated amongst associates. Well, let's see what lies in the future!

My First Blog

I am a young professional in my thirties, has a decent job that pays me over RM100k annually, stay in Damansara Heights and drive a decent Toyota Camry and Honda Jazz. My wife is a yoga instructor and is great in bed. I am a risk-adverse person and you can judge that from my lifestyle and choice of cars.

I was offered a Lancia Delta a few years back at a used car dealer and while I loved the macho feeling of the car, I got scared when my friends told me that these cars are like Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Citroen, Peugeot, etc ie they require lots of time, money and patience. So I bought a new Honda Jazz instead. Then, last year, I wanted to get a weekend car and thought of getting the new Lotus Elise but friends advised me otherwise; and I subsequently found myself with the new Toyota Camry instead, just to play safe. I still drive the Jazz though.

As you can see, I have always been a scaredy-cat in that I obey the law, I donate to just causes, I pick up after me, I feed the birds, etc. I think most Malaysians are like me, whereby we have been indoctrinated to fear the authorities and do our bit to make Malaysia a better place to live in. Malaysia is a great place to live in!

Oops, or should I say "was"!

You see, I have always love Malaysia, and I still do. But I do have a bone to pick (many bones actually) against the political situation in Malaysia of recent years. We are far bigger than smaller nations like Singapore, and we have far more resources in people and environment and oil and etc (you get the picture); but our country has been lowering into the doldrums as we have clowns running the show.

Our soon-to-be-out Prime Minister, Dato Seri Abdullah Badawi has been ridiculed by the nation for his constant flip-flop policies, sleeping/snoring during official functions/meetings and had his share of controversies (UN food-for-oil profiteering, his son-in-law Khairy abusing Badawi's name to make money like nobody's business with no fear of God or Law, etc); but at least this clown was kind at heart. Or I like to think so- at least then, there is a virtue in him. He has love in his heart (he must have; because he did married his sister-in-law too soon after proclaiming that he loves his late wife Endon when she passed away) and we should all make love, not war.

Our soon-to-be Prime Minister, Najib Razak, has been an embarrassment to the counry. He has been exposed by the beloved Raja Petra to have embezzled the nation's monies through arms deals, killing off his mistress vide cruel ways (by C4-ing her and no less), making a mockery of the democracy processes in Perak and creating one mischief after another over the last few months. Damn, if this clown gets to be the next PM, then this country is going into the crap bag, that's for sure!

Next, we have the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) that is a laughing joke altogether. The chairman, Ahmad Said can't even teach and govern his son properly (whom was caught smuggling child porn videos including forced rape on a child, with his father defending him by saying that it's normal to find porn in the men's handphone [WTF?!]), let alone chair such an important organisation in Malaysia. What has he done so far? Let's see- ass-kissing the Barisan Nasional leaders' arses until shit is smeared all over his lips and making life difficult for Pakatan Rakyat. What a clown altogether!

There is so much more that I like to write, but it's 8 pm and I like to have dinner with my family. So I shall see you guys here again soon :)
